코로나 시대, 인문학의 길
- 함께, 새롭게, 깊게
UCC VIDEO contest
We are entering the untact era because of the COVID–19. HUFS Center for International Area Studies HK+ National Strategies Research Project Agency, has prepared a UCC video contest for you. It is a Korean cultural video contest for foreigners. Please remember the feeling of first encounter with Korea, the impressive culture, and the place, and send a video of what you think about Korea.
□ Qualification requirements
- foreigner ※ Individuals or groups (with less than 10 people) limited to one work
□ Period and Schedule
- Reception period : 2020. October 20 (Tue) By 17:00
- Results Announcement : 2020. October 23 (Friday)
- Screening of entries and awards ceremony: 2020. 10. 27. (Tue) 17:00 to 17:30
※ winners must attend the awards ceremony
□ Contest topic
- Korean culture story that I met, experienced and felt while living in Korea
*Example of materials*
▶ My Korean Cultural Guide (movie, song introductions, interviews with cultural figures, etc.)
▶ Unique Korea (Introduction to cultural differences, food experiences, etc.)
▶ Korea to play whatever I want (individuals and groups of less than 10 people)
▶ Korea that I express (K-Dance Individuals and Groups of Less than 10 People)
▶ Place of my life (recommended travel destination in Korea) *A PPT with photographic data is required
□ Specifications for entries
- 3 minutes of video (individual or group)
- Format: file such as video, flash animation (mp4, avi, wmv, mpeg, mov)
□ How to register
- E-mail (hufs.tolerance@gmail.com) reception (no cancellation or return after receipt of the work)
(Title of e-mail: ucc contest_name)
- Upload it to your YouTube channel and enter the video URL address on the application form.
- Submit the original file if selected as the winner
□ Documents to submit
- Download submission documents from the center\'s homepage (www.cias.ac.kr)
-1 submission document( application form, 1 consent form for the provision/collection/use of personal information, 1 consent form for the use of award-winning works) and PPT file containing photographic data when including photographic data in the video.
□ Screening method
- UCC Evaluation Items (allotment points) selected as excellent works
- Evaluation items: Freshness (30), Empathy (25),
Completion and Transmission (25), Positive (20)
□ Awards
Grand award 1 -certificates and 200,000 won Voucher
Excellence award 2-certificates and 100,000 won Voucher
Best award 3-certificates and 50,000 won Voucher
※ Empathy Award (5 people): Voucher(10,000 won) will be presented among participants.
※ Winners piece will be posted on the center\'s website and YouTube channel.
